Richard Lee Flippin

Mr. Richard Lee Flippin, age 35, of Stem, NC, passed away Thursday, July 05, 2018, due to natural causes.  Richard was born in Wake County on October 13, 1982.  He was kind and loving to everyone.  He will be sorely missed by his parents, Douglas and Melissa Brown Flippin; a sister and brother-in-law, Brandi and David Norman; a niece and nephews, Ava Morin, William Norman, and Anakin Norman; his maternal grandmother, Mildred Wilmoth; his paternal grandfather, Dennis Flippin; Aunts and Uncles, Goss and Janice Brown, Cathy and Ricky Dowling, David and Pam Flippin, and Donna Hughes and Mike Burnett; and many special cousins.  Richard was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Helen Flippin; and his maternal grandfather, Dale Brown.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, July 8, 2018, at Moody Funeral Home Chapel, by Rev. Richard Loman.  Burial will follow in Roaring Gap Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Saturday night from 6:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
