Richard Gail Isaacs

Mr. Richard Gail Isaacs, age 88, of Mount Airy, North Carolina, passed away at his home on Sunday Morning November 26, 2023. He was born in Lincoln County, West Virginia on October 3, 1935, to the late Richard Verlin Isaacs and the late Eulah Maude Pullen Isaacs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Tyler Isaacs; sister, Irzene Brintle. He was retired from Pike Electric and attended Haymore Baptist Church. Surviving is his wife, Mona Jewell Price Isaacs; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin and Donna Isaacs, Keith and Lisa Isaacs; four grandchildren, Crystal and Andrew Roberts, Courtney and Jenna Markland, Elizabeth and Jackson Simpson, Katlin and Damon Goin; four great-grandchildren, Grace Roberts, Joseph Roberts, Jolee Goin, Kayleigh Goin. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 29, 2023, in the Cemetery of Skyline Memorial Gardens in Mount Airy, NC. Rev. Kevin Minix will officiate the service. There will be no formal services held at the Funeral Home, Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Isaacs family.  The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of support to the Haymore Youth Ministry.
