Ricky Dean Gough

Mr. Ricky Dean Gough, age 46 of Mt. Airy passed away unexpectedly at his home June 14, 2007. Mr. Gough was born in Surry County April 13, 1961 to the late Dewell Arthur and Rena Long Gough. Mr. Gough was President and General Manager of Scenic Motors, Inc in Mt. Airy and a member of Haymore Memorial Baptist Church. He is survived by a son Justin Dean Gough of the home and friend, Kyrie Garst; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Debbie and Charles Goad of Greer, SC, Sheree J. Gough of Mt. Airy; nephews, Charles Kevin Goad of Greenville, SC, Keith Wesley Goad of Louisville, KY; great nieces, Emily Grace and Katlyn Ashley Goad of Greenville, SC and an aunt, Rachel L. Hemric of Hamptonville, NC. In addition to his parents, Mr. Gough was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Dean Gough, Jr.. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 16, 2007 at Haymore Memorial Baptist Church by Rev. Keith Wesley Goad and Rev. Robert McCreary with burial to follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 until 2:00 PM and at other times at the home of his sister, Sheree Gough, 225 Pineview Dr, Mt Airy.
