Ricky Holt

Mr. Richard “Ricky” Lee Holt, 55, of Mt. Airy, passed away Saturday November 12, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. He was born in Forsyth County on July 27, 1961 to Rufus Holt, Jr. and the late Judy Pilgram Holt. Mr. Holt was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Marie Holt and Wade Parker of Mt. Airy; his son, Justin Lee Holt of the home; a grandchild, Rowan Lane Holt; his father, Rufus Holt, Jr.; his sisters, Teresa Harrison of Pinnacle and Lisa Donathon and husband Bill of Lowgap; a brother, Jerry Holt of Mt. Airy; several nieces and nephews; a special friend, Tommy Sink and Don Combs, both of Mt. Airy; and the mother of his children, Shelia Holt of Mt. Airy. In addition to his mother Mr. Holt was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rufus Holt, Sr., Lillian Holt, Media Lowe and Amos Pilgram. There will be no formal services for Mr. Holt at the funeral home.
