Rita Kaye Ayers

Mrs. Rita Kaye Ayers, age 58, of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at New River Valley Medical Center in Christiansburg, VA.  She was born in Carroll County on August 2, 1961 to the late Mullen Ayers and Susan Ella Guynn.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who will surely be missed by all who knew her.  Left to cherish her memories are a daughter, Kimberlee Conner; son, Nicholas Conner; grandchildren, Karsen Conner, Charlie Conner, Kaleigh Conner; sisters and brother-in-law, Patricia “Pat” and Phil McCraw; Tammy Mayes, half-sister, Vicky Slavey and a brother, Clayton Ayers. There will be no formal service at the funeral home.
