Robert Eugene Crawford

Mr. Robert Eugene Crawford, 79, of Mount Airy, passed away on Saturday evening May 2, 2020 at the home of his daughter.  He was born in Tuscaloosa, AL on September 15, 1940 to the late CW Crawford and Bessie Elizabeth Daily.  He was loving father, grandfather, and friend who will be dearly missed.  Left to cherish his memory are his three daughters and a son-in-law, Jeannie Ratermann, Tracy Perreira and Josh, and Christine Crawford; two sons, Michael Crawford and Jasen Crawford; 14 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.  Due to the limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a private graveside service will be held at the Peoples Church.
