Robert "Bobby" Gravley

Mr. Robert "Bobby" Gravley age 49 of 3112 Wards Gap Rd. Mt. Airy, NC. husband of Mrs. Tammy Calhoun Gravley passed away Monday morning September 22, 2008 at his home. Mr. Gravley was born in Surry County to the late Susan Boyd Gravley, and Paul Franklin Gravley. He was the Equipment Manager for John S. Clark Inc. and was a member of Salem United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife Mrs. Tammy Calhoun Gravley of the home, a son Dylan Gravley of the home and his special friend Katelin Hodges of Mt. Airy, a daughter Susan Gravley of Mt. Airy, a sister and brother-in-law Beth and David Dean of Chester, SC., two special sisters/cousins Kim and Chris Robertson and Jill and Tim Hodges all of Mt. Airy, nieces and nephews Katey Dean, Corbin Robertson, Ranie Hodges, Paige and Nathan Calhoun, special aunts and uncle Margie "Nana" and Wade "Poppi" Ayers and Mary Lee Gravely all of Mt. Airy, other beloved aunts, uncles and cousins, also the John S. Clark Family and Many Friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 24, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with services conducted by Rev. Dennis "Bud" Cameron with burial to follow in the Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday night 7 to 9 P.M. at the Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy, NC. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Salem United Methodist Church Building Fund, 124 Myers Dr. Mt.
