Robert Cason Haynes

Mr. Robert Cason Haynes, age 28 of Charlotte, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022.  He was born in Forsyth County on September 26, 1993 to Susan Hull White and the late Bobby Dean Haynes.  Cason was a very funny, loving, mischievous person with a contagious smile who loved life, and was loved by all who knew him.  He was a highly intelligent handyman who could do anything he set his mind to.  He will be greatly missed by all.  Mr. Haynes was a member of Ivy Green Baptist Church.  Left to cherish his memories are his mother and stepfather, Susan and Jay White; brother and sister-in-law,  Jordan and Taylor Haynes; sister, Emma Haynes; stepsisters, Casey Thomas and husband Rev. Caleb Thomas, Sabra White; maternal grandmother, Sheryl Burcham, paternal grandmother, Peggy Gray; niece, Cayleigh Thomas as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.  Mr. Haynes was preceded in death by his father Bobby Dean Haynes; maternal grandfather, Eddie Hull and paternal grandfather, Bobby Haynes.  A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Ivy Green Baptist Church with service conducted by Rev. Caleb Thomas and Rev. Dan Merritt as well as a special friend and mentor Mike Masterman.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until time for the service at the church.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Zoar Road Club, 14729 Thomas Rd, Charlotte, NC 28278 or to the Insight Program, 920 Blairhill Rd, Suite B-103, Charlotte, NC 28217.
