Ronald Watts, Jr.

Mr. Ronald Watts, Jr., 31, of Yadkinville, passed away Friday, August 2, 2019, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.  Mr. Watts was born August 26, 1987, in Orlando, FL, to Nancy Jean Michaud Watts and the late Ronald Watts, Sr.  Ronald was a loving father, son, and brother.  He is survived by two daughters, Layla Rayne Watts and Emmersyn Rae Watts; his mother and stepfather, Nancy and Ralph Dennington; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Brianna Simmons and Hilary and Jesse Finch; two brothers, Randall Curtis Simmons, Jr. and Robert Goins, Jr.; and his aunts and uncles, Thelma Watts, Patricia Gordon, Mary Watts, James Watts, Robert Watts, and Michael Watts  A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 8, 2019, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with Dr. Neil Routh officiating.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway 14th Floor, New York, NY  10004.
