Roy Gene Gallimore

 Mr. Roy Gene Gallimore, age 78, of Dobson, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. He was born in Carroll County Virginia, on October 20, 1945, to the late Norman Estel Gallimore and the late Elizabeth Mary Melton Gallimore, in addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Doris Isom Gallimore; sisters Frances Fortner, Virginia Mansfield, Betty Sizemore, Ruth Lowe, Colene Hodges; his twin brother, Troy Gallimore. Surviving is his Daughter Melissa Ann McCraw; son and his fiancée, Norman Wayne Gallimore and Synthia Wilson. Grandchildren, Amber McCraw and Cody Weddle, Courtney Gallimore and Savannah Gallimore, Landen and Brianna Gallimore, Alexis and T.J. Atkins; seven great grandchildren, Lane Taylor, Everlee McCraw, Leighton Gallimore, Piper Gallimore, Vaeda Gallimore, Ryatt Gallimore, Cannon Smith; brothers, Billy Gallimore, Buddy Gallimore, Thomas “June” Gallimore; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held, 2:00 P.M. Monday November 27, 2023, in the Chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Fairview Church of Christ Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service.
