Royce Fleming Smith

Mr. Royce Fleming Smith, age 50 of Mt. Airy, passed away Friday, December 19, 2008 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Smith was born September 17, 1958 in Grayson County to John Henry Smith, Sr. and Ruth Lowe Smith and was last employed at Cross Creek Apparel. Surviving is a daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Zack Stockner of Galax, VA; a son, Justin Smith of Mt. Airy; three grandchildren and a brother, John H. Smith, Jr. of Lowgap. Funeral services will be held Sunday December 21, 2008 at Liberty Union Baptist Church with services conducted by Rev. Joe Atkins with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday night 7 to 9 P.M. at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy, NC.
