Ruby Pauline Robertson

Mrs. Ruby Pauline Galyean Robertson, 87, of Cana, formerly of Mt. Airy passed away at Grayson Nursing Home in Independence Friday, December 7, 2018.  She was born in Carroll County May 13, 1931 to the late John Sherman and Martha Craddock Galyean.  Mrs. Robertson was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  She is survived by her daughters and a son-in-law, Anita and Paul Snow, Judy Speaks and Wilma Whitt, her son and daughter-in-law, Billy “Tony” and Tina Robertson; ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild; a sister, Treva Beasley Goins; sisters-in-law, Betty, Virginia and Hattie Galyean.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Robertson was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Lee Robertson; sisters, Irene Robertson and Nonnie Parker; and brothers, Walter, James, Edgar, Jack, Tom and Henry Galyean.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Tucker officiating. Burial will follow at Mt.
