Ruth Delia Otero

Mrs. Ruth Delia Rodriguez Otero, age 73, of Lowgap, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. She was born June 15, 1948, in Puerto Rico to the late Antonio Rodriguez and the late Carmen Maria Robles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Efrain Otero Mercado. Left to cherish her memories are her children, Efrain Antonio Otero Rodrigues and Teresa Noemi Otero-Pagan, Nelson Otero Rodriguez and Brenda Liz Reyes Otero, Samuel Otero Rodriguez, Moises Otero Rodriguez and Veronica Otero Ramirez, Ruth Carmen Otero Rodriguez, and Lisandra Cordova Otero and Jose R. Cordova Santos; grandchildren, Estefany Otero Ramirez, Moises Omar Otero Ramirez, Elisabet Otero Ramirez, Oseas Otero Ramirez, Devin J. Cordova Otero, Caleb Cordova Otero, Adriel Cordova Otero, Bryan Cordova Otero, Raquel Alexis Pagan, Breneliz Otero Reyes, Marieliz Otero Reyes, Jeanelliz Otero Reyes and Nelson Otero Reyes Jr.; great-grandchildren, Mia Ainniz Cruz Pagan, Leonardo Cruz Pagan, Adrian Verdugo Otero and Joel Verdugo Otero. Services will be Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the Moody-Davis Chapel with Rev. Isaac Ramos officiating. Services will follow in Florida at a later date.
