Sally Ann Roberts

Sally Ann Roberts, age 63 of Patrick Springs, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born in Patrick County on September 17, 1951. She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Roberts; one brother, Billy Roberts; and two sisters, Mary Roberts and Brenda Hundley. She was of the Baptist faith and loved to read her Bible. She loved her children, grandchildren, brothers, sister, friends, and her dog, Miss Little Girl. She volunteered at the food bank at Patrick Springs Pentecostal Holiness Church with her good friend, Gail Foley.

Ms. Roberts is survived by one son, Anthony Jay Hodges of Patrick Springs; one daughter and son-in-law, Melinda Hodges and Liberty Buller of Eden, North Carolina; five grandchildren, Stephen Hodges, Joshua Hodges, Curtis Eldridge, Jennifer Dillon, Michael Boyd; one step-grandson, Ryan Buller; seven great-grandchildren; her mother, Mabel Owens Roberts of Franklin County; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Cliff and Becky Roberts of Martinsville, David and Ruby Roberts of Franklin County; and one sister and brother-in-law, Gloria Roberts and Jerry Ashby of Martinsville.
