Sandra McCormick

Mrs. Sandra Dee Martin McCormick, age 58, of Dobson, NC passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  She was born in Forsyth County on November 28, 1960, to the late Charles Everette Martin, Jr. and to the late Audrey Woods Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Carolyn Atkins. She was a member of Freedom Gospel Church, and she loved to work in her Garden.  Surviving is her husband Thomas Gary McCormick; son William Everette Hammond; sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Chad Taylor, Diane and Brian Smith; brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Linda Martin, Willie and Sandra Martin, Bruce Martin; several nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, August 8, 2019, in the cemetery of Copeland Baptist Church, with Rev. Randy Parrish officiating  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.  There will be no formal services held at Moody-Davis Funeral Home.
