Mrs. Sarah Lou Cruze Post, 87, of Glade Valley, passed away Thursday afternoon, February 20, 2020, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.  Mrs. Post was born May 30, 1932, in New Hanover County, the only child born to the late Sanford Elmer and Mary Dillman Cruze.  Sarah was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She retired as a bookkeeper from Choate Motor Company in Sparta after many years of service and was a member of Sparta United Methodist Church.  She is survived by three sons and a daughter-in-law, Robert A. and Debra Post of Lowgap, David A. Post of Glade Valley, and Stephen S. Post and his fiancée , Kaye Norman, of Mount Airy; four granddaughters, Kristeana Inman and her husband, David, of Dobson, Jessica Post and her fiancé, Chad Doby, of Lowgap, Erin Delp and her husband, Justin, of Gastonia, and Abbi Norman of Mount Airy; two grandsons, Taylor A. Post and his fiancée, Savannah Hawks, of Glade Valley, and Jeremiah Joines of Raleigh; and three great-grandsons, Tyler Inman, Cobin Inman, and Kyle Inman, all of Dobson.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Post was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Milton Post.  A private family service will be held on the family farm at a later date.  No formal visitation will be held.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC  27017.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
