Sharon Willard Alberty

Mrs. Sharon Willard Alberty, age 53, of Mt. Airy, NC passed away on April 16, 2019, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home.  She was born in Surry County North Carolina to the late James Andrew Willard and late Frankie Mae Bowman Willard.  She was a homemaker and a member of Second Chance Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband James Benson Alberty, II.  Surviving is her sister and brother-in-law, Bonita and Brian Stanley, of Yadkinville, NC; brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Lacie Willard of Mt. Airy.  A family conducted memorial service will be held Saturday, April 20, 2019, at 4:30 PM at the home of her sister. Barry Shaffner will conduct the service.  Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson, NC is helping the Alberty family with the cremation.
