Sherron Patricia McCraw

Mrs. Sherron Patricia McCraw, age 70, of Mt. Airy, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018, at her home.  Mrs. McCraw was born in Surry County on November 17, 1947, to the late Culbert Clinton and Zadia Jones Smith.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memories are her husband Gary McCraw; sons, Chris McCraw and friend Becky Lawson, Dale and Kristina McCraw and Richie McCraw and friend Shelly Goad; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; Sisters, Betty Jean Worley and husband Carl, Sarah Etta Mayes; brother, Preston Smith and wife Debbie, and lifelong friend Juanita Hill. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
