Shirley Christella Robinson Greenway

Mrs. Shirley Christella Robinson Greenway, age 61 of Mt. Airy, wife of Marion Greenway, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2006 at her home. Mrs. Greenway was born in Logan County, WV to Hazel Reed Robinson and the late Dave Robinson. She was a loving homemaker and was a member of The Church of God. In addition to her husband, surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Christella and Ricky Daughenbaugh of Dobson; a son and daughter-in-law, Elvin and Heather Ferguson of Westfield; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; her mother, Hazel Robinson of Chicago, IL; sisters, Janice Baisden; Mandy Kimball; Brenda and Vic Vymola all of Chicago; and brothers, Jessie and Geneva Robinson of Kermit, WV and Eddie Kimball of Indiana. In addition to her father, Mrs. Greenway was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Roger Robinson. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 10, 2006 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Pastor Brad Atkins. Burial will follow in Peoples Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until the time of the service at the funeral home.
