Shirley Frances Holt Marion

Mrs. Shirley Frances Holt Marion age 56 of 843 Imogene Church Road, Lowgap, NC passed away Monday, November 13, 2006 at the Northern Hospital of Surry County. She was born July 30, 1950 in Patrick County, VA to the late David Oscar and Susie Gammons Holt. She was of the non-denominational faith and was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Ted Marion of the home, a son and daughter-in-law, John David (Johnny) and Jennifer Lunsford, Mt. Airy, NC, two step sons, Lee Beck, Ararat, NC, and Damon Beck, Hillsborough, NC, two grandchildren, David Ray Lunsford and Cody J. Lunsford, a great grandchild, Elizabeth Renee Lunsford, five sisters and four brothers-in-law, Sally and Archie Beverly, Mt. Airy, NC, Esther and Ray Martin, Pfafftown, NC, Mae Whitt, Siloam, NC, Betty Corns, Mt. Airy, NC Alice and Rev. Johnny Hawks, Dobson, NC and Wade Puckett, Mt. Airy, NC, five brothers and four sisters-in-law, Junior and Jennie Holt, Mt. Airy, NC, Ernest and Rhonda Holt, Cana, VA,, Rodger Holt, Mt. Airy, NC, Ronald and Mary Holt, Pinnacle, NC, Wayne and Wanda Holt, Cana, VA. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Marion was preceded in death by brother David William Holt and a grandson, Nathan Ryan Lunsford. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, November 16, 2006 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel of Mt. Airy conducted by Rev. Randy Parrish and Rev. Jimmy McCraw.
