Stella Jane Phillips

Stella Jane Phillips, 82, of Dobson, North Carolina, passed away February 21, 2022, of natural causes.  Born February 7, 1940, in Surrey, England, she emigrated to the United States and became a naturalized citizen of the United States in 1967.  Stella enjoyed her cats and British sitcoms and mysteries.  She is survived by her son, Darren and daughter-in-law Heather Luke, son, David and daughter-in-law Jennifer Luke, and her four grandchildren: Darien, Delaney, Owen and Emerson.

The family wishes to thank all those who helped and comforted Stella during her final days.  A private family memorial will be held to honor the life she lived.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Dunmore Plantation, 515 W. Kapp Street, Dobson, NC 27017.
