Susan Renee Utt

Mrs. Susan Renee Moore Utt, 52, of Mt. Airy passed away at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, Saturday, February 12, 2022.  She was a wonderful, wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend.  She loved her family deeply.  She always enjoyed a good book; and relished every minute with her granddaughter.  Mrs. Utt had unwavering faith and never failed to share her thoughts of her Lord and his mercy on her and her family.  She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, James Jeffery “Jeff” Utt; her children, Heather Renet Billingsley; William Billingsley, and Trent Allen Piehlmaier and wife, Tabea; her granddaughter Hannah Janea; the newest addition to the family, her grandson, Constantin, born January 31, 2022; and her brother David Moore.  A graveside service will be held at the homeplace, 138 N Crosswinds Drive, Mt. Airy, at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 16, 2022, with Derek Cowan officiating.  The family will receive friends at the home immediately following the service.  Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
