Terry Nicholas "Nicky" Deezic

Mr. Terry Nicholas “Nicky” Deezic, 59, of Mt. Airy passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Surry Community Health and Rehab in Mt. Airy.  He was born in Surry County on August 21, 1959 to the late Allen Joseph and Lee Anna Jessup Deezic.  Mr. Deezic worked in the textile business, and was a member of Woodville Baptist Church.  Nicky will be dearly missed by all his family and many friends.  He is survived by his cousins, Delores and Roger Hill, Sharon and Blake Mitchell.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Deezic was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roscoe and Nicy Cook Jessup, Adolph Joseph and Gladys Deezic.  A graveside service will be held Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Woodville Baptist Church Cemetery with the Brother Barry O’Neal officiating.  There will not be a formal visitation at the funeral home; however his body can be viewed anytime after noon Saturday until time for the service Sunday at the funeral home in Mt.
