Timothy Mark Holsclaw

Mr. Timothy Mark Holsclaw, 42, of Elkin passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday April 16, 2007. He was born in Surry County on November 8, 1964 to John Arvel and Opal Mae Cranford Holsclaw. He is survived by his parents; a daughter, Shanna Holsclaw of Greensboro, NC; two sons, Ricky Ira Holsclaw and fiance Ashley Lawson and Charles Holsclaw all of Elkin; a grandson, Devin Ira Holsclaw; a sister and brother-in-law, Angie and Neil Lankford of Elkin. Mr. Holsclaw was preceded in death by a daughter, Courtney Jean Holsclaw; his grandparents, Ira and Edith Cranford and a special friend, whom he loved as a brother, Charles Royal. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday in the Chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home of Dobson with Rev. Bobby Norman and Rev. Windell White officiating. Burial will follow in Welcome Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 7 to 9 PM at Moody-Davis Funeral Home.
