Timothy John Towe

Mr. Timothy John Towe, age 60 of Cana, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.  Mr. Towe was born January 29, 1962, to Betty Jo Collins and the late Homer Theodore Towe.  Mr. Towe is survived by his mother, Betty Jo Collins; and sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Phillip Haynes.  Mr. Towe is preceded in death by his father, Mr. Homer Theodore Towe, and his nephew, Dixie Robert Haynes.  A graveside service celebrating Mr. Towe’s life will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Flat Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Dennis Bledsoe and Reverend Kelly Haynes officiating.  The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.  Moody Funeral Service in Mount Airy is serving the Towe family.
