Mr. Tommy Gray Speas, 44, of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2011, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. Mr. Speas was born February 15, 1966, in Forsyth County, to the late Alton Ray and Betty Whitaker Speas. He was a member of Holy Church of God. He is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Samantha and Jason Ayers, Brandi and Jonah Brannock, and Mandi Speas, all of Mount Airy; six grandchildren, Abbigail Brannock, Payge Brannock, Jonah Brannock, Jr., Haleigh Brannock, Jordan Ayers, and Carson Ayers; a sister, Linda Duncan of Mount Airy; and three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Alton Junior and Kam Speas, Daryl and Lisa Speas, and Terry Speas, all of Virginia. In addition to his parents, Mr. Speas was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Dean Speas. The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 8, 2011, at 2:00 PM at Holy Church of God, with the Rev. Jerry Brannock and the Rev. Gary Storms officiating. Burial will follow in the Storms-Speas Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from noon until the time of the service.You Will Be Greatly Missed Beloved FaFa and Daddy And will always be in our hearts
