Tony Glenn Greer

Mr. Tony “Glenn” Greer, age 49, of Hillsville, Virginia passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022. He was born in Patrick County on January 20, 1973, to David Samuel Greer, Sr., and Delores Christine Jackson Greer, of Hillsville. Mr. Greer was preceded in death by one brother, David Greer, Jr. Glenn was a good ‘ole country boy that loved country music, fishing, and his dog, Fred. Glenn will surely be missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Glenn is survived by three sisters, Sandy Greer (Jason Sexton) of Narrows, Dawn Greer of Hillsville, Elizabeth Whiteley (Leon Conner) of Meadows of Dan; one brother, Richard Greer of Wytheville; sister-in-law, Lori Grice Greer of Rocky Mount;  special nieces and nephews, Faith Adams, Emily Whiteley, Baylee Greer, Lucas Shelton, Joshua Shelton, Ben Conner, Noah Conner; two great nieces; two great nephews; special cousin, Bridget Chavez; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service for Mr. Greer will be held Sunday, April 24, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
