Tony Ray Hill

Mr. Tony Ray Hill, of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Mr. Hill was born March 11, 1959, in Surry County, to the late George Leon and Violet Marie Thomas Hill. Mr. Hill is survived by his wife, Donna Gutterman Hill of the home; a daughter, Sara Hill of Mount Airy; a son, Shane Hill of Mount Airy; a sister, Gilda Cooke of Wilmington; a brother, Thomas A. Hill of Kernersville; a niece, Lisa Cooke; and nephew, Van Cooke. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hill was preceded in death by a brother, Albert Hill. A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 30, 2010, at 3:00 PM at The Peoples Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Eugene Brinkley and the Rev. Glenn Dulany officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:30 to 2:0 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.
