Tony Gray Johnson

Mr. Tony Gray Johnson, 69, of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at his home.  He was born July 1, 1950, in Surry County, to the late Joseph Clyde and Loredith Taylor Johnson.  He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother, who will surely be missed by all who knew him.  Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Deborah Puckett Johnson; a daughter, Stormy Johnson; a son, Tony Gray Johnson, Jr.; two grandchildren, Lillie Johnson and Braylon Johnson; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Paula and Kenneth Walker and Portia and Jeff Tate; and a brother, Daron Johnson.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Johnson.  Respecting the current limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a graveside service will be held Sunday, June 7, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Oakdale Cemetery, with Pastor Dennis E.
