Viola Judy Richardson Lowe

Mrs. Viola Judy Richardson Lowe age 94 of 131 Gully Creek Trail, Lowgap, NC widow of Mr. Audy Belton Lowe passed away Sunday afternoon at her home. Mrs. Lowe was born June 30, 1913 in Surry County, NC to the late Newton and Loma Lowe Richardson. She was a member of Flat Top Primitive Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Rozetta and Charles Goins of the home, two sisters-in-law, Geraldine Richardson, Lowgap and Marie Richardson of Mt. Airy, several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lowe was preceded in death by a infant daughter, three sisters, Zora Bartley, Versie Lowe and Margie Bartley and seven brothers, Kilen, Aster, Lester, Posey, Plez, Audy and Bertie Richardson. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at Moody Funeral Home of Mt. Airy conducted by Elder Steve Mosley with burial to follow in the Fisher Gap Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:30-8:30 PM Tuesday night at Moody Funeral Home where her body will remain until the hour of the service.
