Virgie Imogene Crotts Bowman

Mrs. Virgie Imogene Crotts Bowman Age 83 of Winston Salem, NC. widow of the late Arnold Roosevelt Bowman passed away Friday November 30, 2007 at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. Mrs. Bowman was born January 6, 1924 in Carroll County, VA. to the late James Wilburn and Lucy Frances Davis Crotts, and was a homemaker, was of the Jehovah Witness Faith and was a loving mother and grandmother. Surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law Frances and Jimmy Whicker and Carol and Odell Tompkins all of Walkertown and Wylie and Betsy Ramsey of Winston Salem, one son and daughter-in-law James and Phyllis Bowman of Walkertown, ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Monday December 3, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Barnard Family Cemetery with services conducted by Elder James Dunnagan. There will be no formal visitation.
