Virginia Elizabeth Hall

Mrs. Virginia Elizabeth Hall, 69, of 1910 Cardinal Drive, Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Northern Hospital of Surry County. Mrs. Hall was born September 17, 1938, in Surry County, daughter of the late Monroe and Leadie Allen Busick. She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church and retired from Smart Top Hosiery. Surviving are her husband, Phillip Hall of the home; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Tony and Fonda Hall of Pilot Mountain, and Scott Hall and Dale and Barbara Hall, all of Mount Airy; three grandchildren, Matthew Hall, Cody Hall, and Kyle Hall; two stepgrandchildren, Shane Wall and T.C. Wall; a sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Bill Willis of Mount Airy; two brothers and sisters-in-law, R.D. and Patricia Busick of Mount Airy and Kenneth and Dorothy Busick of Greensboro; and a special friend, Barbara Lynn Hall of Mount Airy. The funeral mass will be conducted Saturday, March 15, 2008, at 10:00 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church, with Father Eric Kowalski officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.
