Virginia Geraldine Pinson

Mrs. Virginia Geraldine Cox Hunley Pinson, age 61, of Fancy Gap Va. passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at Northern Regional Hospital of Mt. Airy.  She was born August 17, 1958 to Ethaline Duncan and the late Leonard Cox.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  Left to cherish her memories are sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Lori Hunley, Ricky and Angela Hunley; a half-sister, Melissa Pinson, six grandchildren and one whom she raised as her own son Ricky Hunley Jr.; one great-grandchild on the way; sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Russell Janney; mother, Ethaline Duncan; special friend, Imogene Dalton.  In addition to her father Mrs. Pinson was preceded in death by a brother Junior Cox.  There will be no formal services at the funeral home.  The family will have a memorial service at a later date to be determined.
