Wade Junior Hall

Mr. Wade Junior Hall, 72, of Cana, VA, passed away at his home, Tuesday, January 10, 2023.  He was born in Carroll County, VA, April 25, 1950, to the late Troy and Vivian Dowell Hall.  Mr. Hall was a beloved father, retired auto mechanic, and a great storyteller.  He had a love for drag racing and spending time in his garage.  Mr. Hall is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Kristie and Joe Womack and Kelli Renee Estes; grandchildren, Cody Lee Jones and Chasity, Jessica Womack and fiancé, Nick, Tristan Lance Estes, and Rhianna Lynn Estes; great-grandchildren, Jaxson Wayne Hinson, Maliyah “Millie” Mae Hinson, Blayden James Hinson; sisters, Elaine Creed and Edith Tilley; sisters-in-law, Kim Bryant and Lois Hall; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Gary Leftwich, Brian Rotenizer, and Jeff Thomas.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph Monroe, Charles, Hobert, and James Everett Hall; and brothers-in-law, Bernie “Copus” Tilley, and Lee Creed.  A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matthew Hall officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2:00 PM until the time of the service.  Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 1427 Edgewood Drive, Suite 101, Mt.
