Wadesworth "Wade" Junior Boyles

Mr. Wadesworth “Wade” Junior Boyles, age 77, of Pilot Mountain, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at his home. Mr. Boyles was born in Stokes County, North Carolina on August 2, 1944, to the late Durward Wadesworth and Nolie Mae Durham Boyles. Wade was a loving husband, father, papa, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 53 years, Gaynell Snow Boyles; one daughter and son-in-law, Mendy Boyles Hiatt and Mark; one son and daughter-in-law, Scott Boyles and Kim; five grandchildren, Meghan Boyles, Nick Boyles, Madison Boyles, Blake Boyles, Hunter Hiatt; one sister, Gail Boyles; one brother and sister-in-law, Dale Boyles and Ashley; along with nieces and nephews, Shawn Jessup, Grayson Smith, Ashton Smith, Justin Boyles, and Kayla Branch. In addition to his parents, Mr. Boyles was preceded in death by a sister, Jeannette Boyles Jessup. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021at 2:00 PM at the Pilot Mountain City Cemetery with services conducted by Rev. Gerald Jones. No formal visitation will be held at this time.
