Wanda Ruth Chandler

Ms. Wanda Ruth Gordon Chandler, 79, of Pilot Mountain, passed away Thursday morning, December 17, 2020 at Universal Health Care of King.  She was born on August 10, 1941 to the late Reid Clifton Gordon and Betty Reddick Gordon.  Ms. Chandler was retired from Renfro after many dedicated years.  Left to cherish her memory are her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Lynn Chandler; granddaughter, Nikki Deal and husband Jake; and two nephews, Wayne Gordon and Andy Gordon.  In addition to her parents, Ms. Chandler was preceded  in death by her two brothers, Bobby Joe Gordon, and Dillard Gordon.  A celebration of Ms. Chandler’s life will be held on Saturday January 2, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Chris Martin officiating.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the Chandler family.
