Wendy Olinda Whicher Jones

Ms. Wendy Olinda Whicher Jones, 41, of Mount Airy, passed away Monday, November 17, 2008, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Ms. Jones was born November 4, 1967, in Peterborough, NH, to Christine Palluotto Spence and Neal Whicher. Ms. Jones will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was employed with Pike Electric Inc. Surviving are a son, Cody Jones of the home; her mother and stepfather, Christine and Rome Spence of Danbury; her father, Neal Whicher; and two brothers and a sister-in-law, Brian and Bonnie Whicher of Tavares, FL, and Dennis Whicher of Rochester, NY. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 21, 2008, at 7:00 PM at Mount Airy Friends Church, with the Rev. Tony Lowe officiating.
