William Ring

Mr. William Rayford Ring, 67, of King, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.  Mr. Ring was born June 10, 1953, in Forsyth County, to the late George Washington and Vilena Frances Taylor Ring.  He retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.  He is survived by a son, Matthew William Ring; two grandchildren, Emma Mae Ring and Myles Worth Ring; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Marsha O’Neal and Frances and James Stewart; and a brother and sister-in-law, Rayvon and Jo Ring.  A graveside service will be held Monday, March 29, 2021, at 2:00 PM at The Peoples Church Cemetery.  No formal visitation will be held.  Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
