William "Willie" Lane Turner

             Mr. William “Willie” Lane Turner, age 46 of Woolwine, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022, at his home.  He was born in Patrick County on February 21, 1976.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Kathleen Thomas Turner.  Willie graduated from Patrick County High School in 1994.  He loved watching football and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.  He also loved four wheeling, fishing, hunting, woodworking, and most of all his family.

          Surviving is his father and stepmother, Albert Lane and Carol Turner; brother and sister-in-law, Eugene Carl and Cynthia Turner; sister and brother-in-law, Opal Rebecca and Lee Quesenberry; one niece, Kalayna Cassady; two nephews, Thomas Turner, Austin Beavers; and several aunts and uncles.

          A memorial graveside service will be held Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the Thomas-Turner Family Cemetery with Pastor David Gaylor officiating.  Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
