Willie W. Clark

          Mr. Willie W. Clark, age 71 of Stuart, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Roanoke.  He was born in Patrick County on February 27, 1947.  He was preceded in death by his father, Wade Willie Clark; his wife, Linda Nowlin Clark; a son, Ronald Dale Clark; a nephew, A.J. Clark; a sister, Louise Clark Fuller; and three brothers-in-law, John Staples, Rev. James “Dobbie” Nowlin, Douglas Nowlin.  Mr. Clark retired from Eastman in Henry County and was of the Primitive Baptist faith.

          Surviving are his mother, Edith Mae Tatum Clark; two sisters, Vanessa Staples, Susan Clark all of Stuart; four sisters-in-law, Stella Hairston of Eden, NC, Janice Nowlin of Patrick Springs, Sandra Nowlin of Patrick Springs, Ann Watlington of Belews Creek, NC; and a brother-in-law, Leroy Nowlin of Patrick Springs.

          Funeral services will be held Monday, February 18, 2019 at 11:30 AM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Elder Manuel Jessup officiating.   Burial will follow in the Tatum Macedonia Church Cemetery.  A wake will be held 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
